FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a fee for the Market Comparison?
No, there is no fee for this service. Although we would like to be considered when you decide to place your timeshare up for sale, you are under no obligation to pay any fees for this service or even place your property on the auction block with us once you receive your NO-COST Market Comparison Report.

What percentage does TWG make off of any sale?
The final fee is 5% of the gross sale amount accepted by you. If a Broker gets involved the 5% will be split and any commissions the buyers agent charges will be payable by the buyer. We also charge a set up fee to create your webpage and begin your marketing service. Please ask you auctioneer about pricing before you commit to the Auction Service and you will be sent an invoice in writing stating the fee.

How much is the fee?
The fee will never be more than $499.00. Special arrangments can be made to reduce our clients upfront fees, with an increase in the percentage of the final sale price on an individual basis.

If we have the Market Comparison performed, does this mean we are oligated to begin the auction Service?
No, you are under no obligation to move forward with the auction service by having a NO-COST market comparison performed. We would like to be considered for managing the auction but until you accept our offer by making payment for the setup fee you are not obligated to allow us to run the Auction.

How long does the auction service run?
The auctions service will run until we produce an acceptable offer from a bidder or you instruct us to cancel the service for a period of one year.

If i sell my timeshare on my own do i have to pay a fee to TWG?
No, The final fee is due after we produce a buyer that pays in full, if we do not produce a buyer before you sell your timeshare on your own, we do not get paid our final fee.

How does the buyer pay for the timeshare?
We never handle the funds of a transaction. When a buyer is found we will introduce you to them and act as the Deed transfer manager. The buyer and you may work out any form of payment you feel comfortable with. We suggest Paypal or US Postal money order.

How is the Deed Transfer managed?
The transfer is managed by you with our guidence. We will save you expensive fees that a title company charges, for something as easy as transferring the title on a car. We provide a copy of a new Deed as part of our service as well as research with the resort and the county to make sure the deed is clear of leins. Its as simple as calling the resort owners service department and asking if there is any clouds on the Deed. If the buyer wishes to hire a title company, then they are free to do so at their expense.

I dont want to give away my timeshare, how am I gauranteed my sale price that I want to get at auction for my timeshare?
All of the auctions have a hidden reserve in the set up, we will suggest an amount through our no cost Market Comparison for you or you may tell us what your bottum line is. The computer will not stop the auction until the reserve amount is met or beaten.

What happens if we do not recieve any acceptable offers?
The Auctions run in 14 day increments. At the end of the 14 days the auction will restart with the new starting price being the highest offer to date. If during the auction process we are not getting the interest we need to sell your timeshare we will advise you on changes to pricing and restart the auctions until we do find a buyer for your Timeshare.
